Senior Contracts Engineer (Middle East based)
Provide guidance to assigned Sponsoring Departments (“SDs”) regarding tendering/contracting strategy for the given scope of work/services based onthe client's RPD & CCPM
Provide expert guidance and practical assistance to assigned SDs on the preparation of Scope of Work/ Services and Schedule of Prices, including pricing strategy/preambles. Compile draft tender document in its entirety and function as focal point in co-coordinating, processing and incorporating inputs of various stakeholders into the final tender document.
Ensure that Tender Documents address the specifications requirements, company standards and risks mitigation measures in accordance with latest HSE Regulations.
Coordinate with various stakeholders and function as focal point to prepare and issue communication.
