Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
* Oversee subcontractor procurement, tender comparisons and commercial negotiations.
* Prepare and negotiate payment applications, variations and final accounts.
* Manage contractual risks and work closely with project teams to control costs and deliver within budget. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have: * Extensive knowledge in the Mechanical and electrical sector (Essential).
* BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying.
* Negotiation and analytical skills and experience.
