• Pay: Competitive hourly rate + monthly bonus
• Hours: Full-time, including days, evenings, weekends and some travel
• Contract: Permanent

The Work

• Lead operational excellence, opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling, enforce policies, and ensure safety standards
• Deploy and coach crewmembers, providing exemplary customer service
• Ensure cleanliness and facility maintenance
• Authorise employee functions and complete other assigned duties

What You Need

• GCSEs or equivalent
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel when needed

Desirable

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Familiarity with Raising Cane's or similar restaurant concepts
