Overview

Gallagher’s Employee Experience & Communications team is a global consultancy transforming how organisations engage their people. From immersive virtual forums to high-impact, in-person flagship events, our experiences shape the future of internal comms, HR, and leadership.

We’re looking for a seasoned Event Manager to take the reins of our events programme across the UK and US – someone who thrives on detail, owns logistics end-to-end, and brings creative flair and strategic thinking to the table.

How you'll make an impact

As Event Manager, you will...

  • Lead the delivery of physical, virtual, and hybrid events from planning to execution

  • Source and secure top-tier speakers, supporting our content strategy

  • Manage venues, suppliers, tech, and budgets – nothing slips through the cracks

  • Oversee audience experience from registration through to post-event engagement

  • Be the go-to person on event day – calm, confident, in control

  • Shape and refine processes, bringing new ideas and industry best practices every quarter

  • Represent Gallagher in the events space, growing your profile in the industry

About You

  • 4+ years experience in events, ideally with 2+ years at Event Manager level

  • Proven experience running both in-person and virtual events

  • Stellar organisational skills and a cool head under pressure

  • Strong stakeholder management – from C-suite speakers to venue reps

  • Strategic input and content sensibility, not just logistics

  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Join us to help deliver experiences that matter – to our clients, to their people, and to the future of work.
