Real Estate Transactions Tax Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

I'm currently working with a Big 4 firm looking to hire a Real Estate Transactions Tax Manager into their London team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading practice advising institutional investors, private equity funds, developers and property companies on complex real estate transactions. The team works on a wide range of high-profile deals across the investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, structuring and tax due diligence .

You'll work closely with experienced deals professionals while gaining exposure to some of the most significant real estate transactions in the market .

The Role

As a Manager within the team, you will:

• Advise on the tax aspects of real estate transactions

• Support clients on structuring, acquisitions and disposals

• Deliver tax due diligence on property investments

• Manage client relationships and key workstreams on deals

• Support and mentor junior team members

• Contribute to business development and client growth

About You

• ACA / CTA / ATT qualified (or equivalent)

• Strong UK corporate tax experience

• Experience in transactions, deal advisory or real estate tax is advantageous

• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships

• Experience managing projects or supporting junior team members
