Fooditude is on the hunt for a General Manager to lead one of our most exciting workplace restaurants in London. If you're energised by great food, exceptional service, and creating experiences that people remember , then this is the role for you.

At Fooditude, we serve workplace dining that's anything but ordinary. Our daily-changing freshly cooked menus are packed with bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and global inspiration. We bring personality, passion and fun to everything we do - and we're looking for a General Manager who can do the same.

As General Manager, you'll ensure a seamless operation across breakfast, lunch, and events, while building a strong, collaborative partnership with our client. You'll inspire and develop your onsite team, oversee operational excellence, drive high standards, and ensure every service runs like clockwork. Your leadership will shape the client experience every single day.

This position is Monday to Friday, working 40 hours a week, with core working hours 8am to 4.30pm (flexibility is required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role).

What we're looking for:

• Proven leadership experience within hospitality/contract catering
• Passionate and knowledgeable about food, drink, service and delivering 'wow' moments
• A people person who can build positive relationships
• Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strives for perfection
• Experience motivating, guiding and developing teams
• Proactive, solution-focused and always ready to go the extra mile
• Brings a fresh and exciting approach in line with food trends

The good stuff:

Salary: £49,000 per annum
