Product Manager - SmartShop
- You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Sainsbury’s to determine the product strategy and roadmap for your outcome.
- You’ll coordinate continuous evaluation to validate that products work for customers or colleagues as designed and that value is delivered.
- You’ll prioritise opportunities for the product keeping in mind value delivery, efficiency savings and technical foundations
- Partner with our awesome engineers, and a broader cross functional team to design services our colleagues and customers love
- Work as part of a cross functional team building innovative and resilient technology for our in-store experience.
- Monitor relevant industry trends and engage both internal and external teams as appropriate to build shared insight.
- You’re relentlessly focused on understanding, anticipating and exceeding our customer and colleague’s needs.
- You can collaborate effectively with other teams, customers and stakeholders where necessary.
- You actively utilise priority decision making tools and frameworks to inform team priorities and focus.
- You can build a roadmap and articulate a product vision using tools and methods, such as a vision board.
- You’re technically curious - you ask the right questions to drive better solutions and can translate between customer requirements and technology delivery
- You get data - using product metrics to prioritise effectively and seek out the right information to make strategic decisions
- You keep an eye on the commercials - get what makes a product viable and can articulate the business benefits.
- You’re a team player, always up for contributing to building a great culture at Sainsbury’s tech.
