Client Manager
Benefits package includes:
- Salary of £30,000 p/a
- Sociable working hours of Monday – Friday / 9am – 5pm

As a Client Manager you will:
- Manage a portfolio of community care packages, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality care
- Conduct client visits to monitor care standards and review individual care packages
- Lead, manage and support care teams working within clients’ homes
- Build strong relationships with clients, their families and wider healthcare professionals
- Oversee safeguarding concerns, compliance and service quality
- Contribute to budget management and financial KPIs
- Participate in an on-call rota to support the effective running of services
- Previous experience within health and social care, ideally within complex care, domiciliary care or community-based services
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload
- Experience supporting and managing care teams
- Confident taking ownership of care packages and maintaining high standards of service delivery
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
