A results-driven mindset and a track record of reliability, accountability and delivering against targets. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and commercial stakeholders. A sound understanding of credit risk, credit control processes and the wider order-to-cash cycle. The ability to analyse information, identify potential risks and make informed, commercially balanced decisions. A proactive approach to problem-solving, process improvement and embracing new challenges. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A CICM qualification, or working towards one, would be advantageous but isn't essential If you'd like more information, please apply to find out more and discuss the role in more detail. TPBN1_UKTJ
