Retrofit Assessor – £35K–£42K
📍 London | 🏡 Hybrid (1+ day/week in office) | 🗓️ Permanent
Join a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering standout retrofit and sustainability projects for housing associations and local authorities across London. If you're passionate about energy efficiency and want to make a genuine impact, this role is for you!
💰 What’s in it for you?
• Salary: £35,000 – £42,000

🔧 Your Role
• Carry out retrofit assessments on residential properties
• Produce accurate reports and EPCs
• Collaborate with Retrofit Coordinators
• Travel to sites across London
✅ What You’ll Need
• Retrofit Assessor (Elmhurst, Stroma or similar)
• DEA qualification
• Housing experience preferred
• Driving licence + own vehicle
