Responsabilidades e áreas de acção
Orientação e supervisão de uma área de serviço - Supervisionar o serviço nas áreas sob a sua responsabilidade Restaurante(s), Banquetes, bar(es), Room Service, etc. e reunir diariamente com as equipas para organizar e dar indicações sobre o serviço a ser realizado. - Ajustar e optimizar as equipas e os recursos materiais disponíveis para os eventos planeados para cada dia. Verificar as ocorrências diárias, desempenhos e condições - Verificar as ocorrências diárias no serviço, os níveis de qualidade do produto e serviço, a satisfação/insatisfação dos clientes, as condições sanitárias, de limpeza e higiene, a fim de garantir sempre a melhor capacidade de resposta das suas equipas e, a rápida resolução de eventuais problemas quando estes ocorrem.
