Executive Officer (EO) Caseworker
- Manage and process casework within the established guidelines and policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of cases.
- Provide accurate and detailed administrative support to the department.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as required by the team or management.
- Support the implementation of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Respond to queries and provide information to stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Contribute to process improvements within the case management framework.
