Audit Partner - Owner Managed Businesses

With their unwavering commitment to excellence and client-focused approach, they are expanding their team and seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join their dynamic audit department with a focus on owner-managed businesses. As a key member of their team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service, providing strategic advice, and fostering strong client relationships to drive the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute audit engagements for owner-managed businesses, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions to meet their audit and assurance needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on financial and business matters, leveraging your expertise to support their growth and success.
• Collaborate with audit teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, contributing to the overall success of the department.
• Mentor and develop audit staff, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and revenue growth within the owner-managed business sector, contributing to the expansion of the audit practice.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) or equivalent with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing audit engagements for owner-managed businesses.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to this sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for developing and mentoring others.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities within the owner-managed business sector.
