Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Full Time / Term Time + 2 weeks

Reporting to: School Business Manager

The Role

• We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to support all aspects of HR across the school, including:
• Recruitment, induction, and safer recruitment compliance
• HR administration: contracts, payroll, personnel records, performance management
• Sickness and absence management
• Staff engagement, training, and wellbeing
• Maintaining safeguarding compliance and accurate HR records

You Will Have

• Experience in HR administration, ideally in education
• Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and safer recruitment
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Confidence handling confidential information
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
