Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll oversee the sourcing and supply of products from international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and reliability. You’ll manage supplier relationships, coordinate logistics and work cross-functionally to deliver consistent value and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
In this role, you will play you part in the end-to-end procurement process where you’ll source and evaluate suppliers globally to ensure commercial and ethical standards are consistently met. You’ll lead supplier negotiations, secure competitive pricing, favourable payment terms and efficient delivery schedules while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across logistics, operations and demand planning you’ll support tender management, pricing strategies and product data accuracy. You’ll also ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing policies, maintain robust documentation for all procurement activities and proactively identify opportunities to optimise supply chain performance, product quality and operational efficiency.
We’re seeking a commercially astute and proactive individual who brings energy, ownership, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain role within Food production or FMCG
- Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.
- Confident working with international suppliers and import/export processes.
- Excellent administrative and analytical skills.
- Strong IT and Excel proficiency

This role is office based Monday – Thursday with Friday WFH.
