Role: Sales Development Representative

What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Identify Leads: Conduct market research and engage in both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Create Strong First Impressions: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
- Qualify Opportunities: Use effective listening and communication to qualify prospects and move them along the sales funnel.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Use CRM Effectively: Maintain detailed records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and use data to refine strategies.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer messaging.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a sales or Business Development Representative role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
- A data-driven and collaborative approach
