SEN Teaching Assistant
Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Greenwich Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only Start Date: September 2025 Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Tempest are looking to recruit dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support several primary schools in and around the Greenwich area for the new academic year. About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Your role will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
- Assisting with the development of individual learning plans
- Supporting students' social and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs and parents
- We have been working with both Mainstream and SEN schools for over 13 years, with established relationships with schools all over London.
