How you’ll be contributing to Accurx as a Senior BI Analyst

As a Senior BI Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in this transformation. You’ll:

  • Lead on self-serve analytics and empower others to do the same.
  • Bring data into the heart of how we go to market and grow.
  • Build data fluency across the organisation so that every team can make smarter, faster decisions.

Your day-to-day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission …

  • Use your analytical skills to uncover trends, build dashboards, and tell data stories that shape our product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Work closely with Product, Customer, and GTM teams to ensure data is driving meaningful conversations and smarter choices.
  • Help teams define and track key metrics, and support colleagues to become confident, independent users of our BI tools.
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, governance, and documentation so that everyone can trust the numbers.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to create well-structured data models that power fast, reliable reporting.
  • Mentor analysts, share best practices, and be an active part of a collaborative and curious data community.

  • Experience building end-to-end BI solutions, ideally in healthcare, tech, or other complex environments
  • Confident using tools like Power BI, SQL, and DAX, with a solid grasp of data modelling best practices
  • Strong at turning data into clear, engaging stories that land with a range of audiences
  • Comfortable working with business metrics that link to customer and user outcomes
  • Skilled at making complex data feel accessible — whether you're talking to technical or non-technical teams
  • Passionate about helping others use data and driving self-serve across a business
  • Aware of how to handle sensitive data responsibly, with a strong understanding of PII, security, and governance best practices

What We Can Offer...

£75,000 - £90,000 salary + £31,500 share options (see our public progression framework and salary bandings)

We are office first, all accuFolk come to our office in Shoreditch at least 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely for up to 2 days a week. Read more about our policy here.
