A market-leading Big 4 Private Equity Funds Tax team is expanding and looking for an Associate Director to join their high-profile practice. This is a standout opportunity to work with some of the world's largest asset managers and alternative investment funds , covering private equity, debt, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds.

The Role

As an Associate Director, you will be central to delivering expert advice on:
* Fund structuring and investor tax matters
* Manager remuneration and carried interest
* Taxation of investment returns for investors and senior leadership teams

You'll collaborate closely with M&A and Real Estate Tax teams to deliver integrated solutions. Expect hands-on involvement with major projects, responsibility for your own client relationships, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members - all within a supportive structure committed to your career progression.

You'll work directly with Partners and Directors in non-hierarchical, collaborative teams, gaining exposure to global projects and industry-leading clients.

What You'll Bring

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  * A proactive, commercial mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  * Experience or understanding of private equity, debt, real estate, infrastructure or hedge funds
  * Solid tax technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail
  * Awareness of DIMF, carried interest and IB-CI legislation (preferred)
  * ACA / ATT / CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
