Responsibilities

• Teach physical education (PE) classes to primary or secondary school students
• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that promote physical activity, fitness, and teamwork
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback on their performance
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates and inspires students
• Manage and maintain PE equipment and resources
• Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities, such as school teams or tournaments
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status or equivalent in physical education
• Experience teaching PE to primary or secondary school students
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse classroom and differentiate instruction
• Passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles
