Role Overview:

The Billing Administrator will be a diligent, detail focused individual, individual who is responsible for ensuring one off billing services are invoiced to FluidOne customers with accuracy and in a timely manner. They will be required to invoice, cease and credit using our one-off billing system and interact with other staff members and customers where appropriate. It is important that any delays or obstacles to accurate and timely billing are escalated to your manager or the Operations Director if appropriate.

This is a junior position and system and process training will be provided.

The position is for Maternity cover from January 2026 to December 2026.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the accurate and timely billing of all FluidOne customers across several platforms to the timetable required by the business.

• Document and keep up to date (For your own training and wider training of the billing team) processes and work instructions for the billing area.

• Order Processing – Accurately and timely processing orders onto the FluidOne billing system

• Download and manage supplier files using FTP applications

• Managing and recording using checklist tasks required for the role

• Supporting with billing processes on the monthly cycles

• Coding Invoices and Credits ensuring costs are fully billed on to our customers

• Supplier Data reconciliation – checking the full inclusion of all charges on customer invoices

• Data Entry, amendment and checking

• Administrative changes to the billing systems where required by customer or internal instruction.

• Resolve customer queries and issues within the billing as per agreed SLAs.

• Other tasks as required from time to time by your manager.

• Good with numbers.

• Good motivation and work ethic, with the ability to demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Must be well organised and have strong attention to detail.

• Excel skills required to at least an intermediate level.
