With ambitious growth targets and a strong pipeline, the team is expanding and looking for commercially sharp professionals with deep knowledge of bulk annuities.The role involves end-to-end support and execution of complex transactions, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to deliver standout client outcomes. It requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while driving deals forward. You'll be client-facing, strategy-shaping, and integral to bringing new ideas to life.Ideal candidates will have experience in bulk annuity transactions, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering in high-pressure environments. An actuarial or CFA background is beneficial, but mindset and execution ability matter more.This is an opportunity to help lead the next chapter in pension risk innovation.
