👀 The Role

As Senior Paid Social Manager, you'll be driving the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and others. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding performance, advising and delivering on ground-breaking paid social strategies across multiple client needs. 🎨 What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Vision: Creating long-term account strategies that drive growth, expansion, and high-impact results.
  • Client Services: Own and nurture trusted relationships providing clear communication and reporting.
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaigns from inception to driving future strategy from results, including testing and leading on new platform initiatives.
  • Team Mentor: Nurture, grow and inspire junior team members, working alongside the Head of Paid, with a collaborative & supportive approach to training and development.
  • Industry Leader: Champion the latest tools, trends, and ideas to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
  • Advanced Analytics: Turn complex data into clear insights and future strategic recommendations. Lead the team on using data analysis and knowledge to improve ROI and exceed campaign KPIs.
  • Team Player: Work closely with creative, account management, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are impactful and cohesive.

🔍 Who we're looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social marketing, with a strong record of managing and expanding high-growth accounts and teams.
  • Platform Knowledge: Proven experience in managing paid social & performance campaigns across platforms. Essential knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and ideally Google ads.
  • Data Driven: Passionate about diving into data and immersing yourself in identifying trends and patterns and how that should inform your campaign management.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Excellent knowledge of budgeting and forecasting to meet both client and company goals.
  • High-Level Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating and presenting client pitches, strategic reports, and growth strategies to senior client executives.
  • In-depth Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in paid social marketing trends, analytics, and social platform advancements; able to anticipate and respond to market shifts.
  • Advanced Project Management: Experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects with a high degree of organisation, prioritisation, and attention to deadlines.
  • Analytical & Results-Oriented: Expertise in using advanced analytics and reporting. Experience with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale etc is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Vision: The ability to understand client’s wider business goals and clearly demonstrate and how paid activity plays into the entire ecosystem of their business. You will have proven experience of using creativity and content to drive exceptional results.
  • Leadership - At least 2 years’ experience of managing a team of executives to deliver across all aspects of paid social.

💰Salary Range

Competitive Salary Range: £45,000 to £52,000 depending on experience & location.
