Delegated Authority Claims Team Lead

A market lead Lloyd's Broker are currently looking to hire for a DA Claims Team Leader to join their business.

Overview:
Lead the Delegated Authority Claims team, managing bordereaux processing, data validation, and performance across multiple binders and coverholders. Act as the key link between brokers, underwriters, TPAs, and coverholders to ensure efficient claims handling and full compliance with Lloyd’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delegated claims operations and team performance.

• Manage bordereaux ingestion, validation, and reporting.

• Maintain strong relationships with coverholders and TPAs.

• Use DDM and MI tools (e.g. Power BI) to monitor data accuracy and trends.

• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Support, coach, and develop team members.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in Lloyd’s delegated authority claims.

• Knowledge of DDM, bordereaux processes, and MI reporting.

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical, organised, and detail-focused.
