The Role
As the Retrofit Assessor, you’ll:
• Conduct comprehensive Retrofit Assessments to ensure compliance.
• Create accurate floor plans and submit assessments in alignment with regulations.
• Maintain the company's positive reputation through high-quality assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional service and ensure property safety.
• Stay updated on ECO4 guidelines and implement them effectively.

You
To be successful in the role of Retrofit Assessor, you’ll bring:
• A qualification as a Retrofit Assessor with at least 1 year of experience.
• Familiarity with ECO4 and its application in retrofit assessments.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and meticulous approach to your work.
Driving Licence (required)
