Receptionist – Front of House
My client is a premium office and private members club with 2 sites located in Knightsbridge and Kensington, SW London. The sites are known for its modern and sophisticated design, cutting-edge technology and modern facilities catered to their high end cliental. Membership is invite only.
Our client provides a professional and welcoming environment in a business and private members capacity. The building's designs and facilities are geared towards fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere, making it a sought-after location for businesses & individuals.
Due to growth, we are now looking for a friendly and professional individuals with a passion for exceptional customer service. In this role you will be serving as the front-of-house where guests and tenants are greeted.
About the Role:
As the front-of-house Receptionist, you will be the face of the business, welcoming all guests with a friendly manner and ensuring a professional and memorable experience. You will act as an Ambassador to the brand, making visitors and tenants feel at home and fostering a collaborative working and social environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally welcome visitors and members, ensuring an outstanding experience
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues efficiently and going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere, encouraging a positive and collaborative environment.
- Be proactive and ready to assist with various tasks, including event support and helping out colleagues in need.
About You:
- Previous experience as a receptionist is required ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and personable.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks, always prioritising the customer experience.
- Willingness to help out when needed, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all.

The shift pattern offers highly flexible hours, accommodating your schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 10 pm on a rotation basis. This flexibility allows you to balance work with personal commitments, making it easier to manage your time effectively. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, this pattern provides the versatility to work at times that suit you best, ensuring a harmonious work-life balance.
