Mobile Fitness Coach

Westfield Health
London

About the role:

As a Mobile Fitness Coach, you provide flexible, on-site fitness and movement support for our clients across a variety of locations. You work closely with operational and wellbeing teams to deliver group sessions, short 1:1 inductions, and basic membership checks. The goal is to deliver safe, inclusive, and motivating activities that increase participation and retention and ensure an excellent member experience—always in line with company guidelines and health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, inclusive, and motivating support for group sessions and short 1:1 appointments; adapt programmes to suit different abilities and any participant limitations.

  • Carry out membership inductions, basic checks, and routine fitness assessments in accordance with company guidelines.

  • Prepare mobile equipment and transport it safely to agreed locations; perform regular safety and functionality checks on the equipment.

  • Support activities that increase participation and engagement to improve retention and the overall member experience.

  • Maintain health and safety standards and report incidents or operational issues promptly.

  • Act as an ambassador for High Five Health Promotion and—where appropriate—promote relevant programmes, partner offers, and wellbeing initiatives.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, e.g., collecting session lists, gathering feedback, and creating simple reports.

What we’re looking for:

  • Recognised fitness qualifications (e.g., REPs, Level 2/3, or equivalent).

  • Experience delivering group sessions and short 1:1 coaching; experience in a mobile or corporate environment is beneficial.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse group of participants.

  • Reliable, organised, and service-oriented—able to meet daily operational requirements and work independently across locations.

  • Flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend work.

Pay, benefits, and extras:

  • Competitive pay, depending on experience and hours/scope of role.

  • Access to a group pension scheme.

  • Opportunities for training and professional development.

  • Discounts and access to wellbeing services and Active Spaces across the Group.

  • Reimbursement of travel expenses or mileage allowance for business travel, where applicable.

Next steps and support:

If you’d like to work in a supportive, values-led environment and can reliably and flexibly provide high-quality mobile fitness support, we’d love to hear from you. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and, where required, can provide reasonable adjustments to support you throughout the recruitment process.

Please note: we are currently not able to sponsor work visas.

We’re proud to be an inclusive employer and a Disability Confident Committed employer; we value inclusion and want to make the application process accessible. Please let us know if you need any reasonable adjustments to submit your application.
