The Work
- Deliver an excellent member experience by focusing on service and standards
- Support the Gym Manager in bringing in new members through outreach and events
- Lead and develop a team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Manage and improve the group exercise offering within the gym
What You Need
- A passion for fitness and wellbeing
- A desire to help others be the best version of themselves
- Resilience, confidence, and integrity
- A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and experience teaching group exercise
Desirable
- Experience in a gym management role
- Experience in community outreach or sales
