EA to CEO - One of UK's Largest Property Services Firm
Our client, one of the largest property services firms in the UK, is seeking a high-energy, adaptable EA to support their dynamic CEO. This family-run business boasts a large workforce across the UK and has fabulous values, committed to positivity, social care, and environmental practices. This is a busy and varied EA role providing high-level support to the CEO, primarily business with some ad hoc private duties.
As the EA, you will act as a trusted partner with responsibility for managing the CEO's schedule, communication, and travel to ensure that the executive office is well organised and runs seamlessly. Additionally, you will be involved in special projects and initiatives relating to strategic support. This EA role offers plenty of opportunity to work from home, with visits to the Principal’s home office in Mayfair, and occasional travel to other UK branches.
The ideal EA will have 5+ years EA experience, exceptional communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working hours are 9am – 5.30pm (some flexibility required). Fabulous benefits package.
