About the role:

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our busy Student Hub Team at our XXX campus(es), with flexibility to work across sites as needed. The Student Hub team provides a welcoming one-stop shop for all enquiries from students, prospective students, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include processing applications and enrolments, taking fees, and advising on financial support. The role requires empathy and the ability to relate to students of all ages and backgrounds.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum level 2 qualifications in numeracy and literacy.
  • High-level understanding of customer service principles.
  • Experience in an educational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Student Hub Team.
  • Enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee application and enrolment processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with fee collection and financial support advice.

  • Proven leadership experience in student services or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and safeguarding knowledge.
