*Rota Nanny – Holland Park, £70k–£85k GPA DOE*

We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced, switched-on Rota Nanny to join a happy, long-standing household in Holland Park, caring for three children aged 6–12.

The children have busy school and extracurricular schedules, so we’re looking for a real pro – someone highly organised, great with logistics and confident managing busy diaries and last-minute changes. Driving is essential, as school runs and getting the children to activities will be a key part of the role.

Just as importantly, the family would love someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with the children, takes an interest in their day and builds a great relationship with them. Emotional intelligence is key – someone who can read the room, get stuck in when needed, but equally knows when to step back as the children become more independent.

The role is completely child-focused. While the children are at school, you’ll keep on top of their bedrooms, schedules, belongings and general nursery duties, working alongside an established household team. There is very little cooking involved as the family has someone covering this, although some simple meals may occasionally be required.

It’s a really positive, happy household, with several members of staff having been with the family for many years, which says a lot about them as employers. They are looking for someone equally committed who would love to become part of the household long term, and ideally has longevity themselves in roles.

Teaching or educational experience would be a bonus, but isn’t a requirement.

The family travel extensively during the school holidays, including Europe, the US and further afield, so this would really suit someone who genuinely enjoys travel.
