CISCO TELEPHONY & VIDEO CONFERENCING ENGINEER (IT)

Cisco Collaboration Engineer We're looking for an experienced Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting and delivering enterprise Unified Communications and Video Conferencing solutions. You'll play a key role in project delivery, technical escalations, incident resolution, platform administration, and the ongoing optimisation of a complex Cisco Collaboration environment. Key Skills Required: Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Cisco Unity Connection Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) Cisco Expressway (C & E) Mobile Remote Access (MRA) Cisco Jabber / Webex Cisco TelePresence & Video Conferencing SIP & H.323 protocols Cisco CUBE TMS VMware Endpoint and room system support Responsibilities: Support and deliver Cisco voice and video projects Resolve complex incidents and technical escalations Maintain and optimise collaboration platforms Support video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints Produce and update technical documentation Work closely with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders Knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team Desirable: CCNP Collaboration / Voice Expressway, CMS and Webex expertise Experience with enterprise Voice & Video estates Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
