As a valued part of the Forte family, we invite you to join us as a Spa Therapist , where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional treatments and unforgettable moments for our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Provide high-quality, personalized Level 3 treatments (including advanced massage, facials, and body therapies) that exceed guest expectations.
- Deliver discreet, timely service with a focus on guest comfort, care, and satisfaction.
- Take ownership of your role, performing consistently to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean, calm, and professional spa environment at all times.
- Stay current with wellness trends and advanced spa techniques to continually enhance service delivery.
- Foster meaningful guest relationships and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team atmosphere.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Spa Therapist who is passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests. We are looking for team members who bring:
- A Level 3 Beauty Therapy or Spa qualification (or equivalent), with hands-on experience in delivering professional massage & facials.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, unrivalled 5-star service.
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the hospitality and wellness industries.
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- A talent for creating personalized, memorable experiences and fostering long-term guest loyalty.
- Independence and initiative, while working effectively as part of a team and across departments.
- A strong commitment to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
