Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Daily Rate: Up to £350 End Date: March 31, 2026 Working Pattern: Full Time
Role Overview: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Support professional to assist in the coordination and delivery of project governance and reporting. This role will be pivotal in maintaining project processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with established methodologies and standards. As PMO Support, you will work closely with the Project Manager and contribute to the successful execution of one or more projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate governance meeting packs, ensuring timely and accurate content.
- Maintain project logs, including actions, decisions, RAID logs, and lessons learned.
- Create and manage document repositories, ensuring proper version control and access.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Assist the Project Manager in tracking deliverables, milestones, and reporting outputs.
- Facilitate effective communication between project workstreams and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards for various audiences.
- Ensure adherence to established methodologies and document templates.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a PMO support role within a project or programme environment.
- Understanding of programme governance and reporting structures.
- Proficiency in maintaining programme documentation and logs.
- Experience in producing governance packs and accurate meeting minutes.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Competence in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project is advantageous.
