Location: ClaphamSalary: £30,000 - £50,000 OTE
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of up to 80 agreed sales and responsibility for their completion.
Forecast with senior management and report on weekly/ monthly figures.
Drive timescales, identify risks and keep every deal on track.
Tackle obstacles head on including surveys and renegotiations.
Provide clear communication to both buyer and seller.
Build strong relationships with local solicitors and third parties.
Attend meetings with other Sales Support Managers.
Maximise additional service opportunities and referrals.
Requirements and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Persistent, tenacious, and able to perform under pressure.
A proactive problem solver with a positive approach.
Able to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
Resilient, persistent and confident working towards targets.
Clear communicator who enjoys relationship building.
Collaborative team player, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
