ABOUT THE ROLE We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Content Management System Assistant Intern to Digital Marketing team on a full-time basis for 12 weeks. This role will be based in our Battersea in London office starting in August 2025. We believe that everyone deserves fair and meaningful work, with pay that reflects their contribution.   • Build and update content pages using Salesforce CMS and Page Designer, ensuring accuracy and visual quality across all device types.
  • Create and edit CTAs, products, images, and text components, ensuring all links direct to the correct internal destinations.
  • Support the creation of effective layouts tailored for desktop and mobile, sharing user behaviours insight such as scroll depth, image orientation, and interaction patterns to the senior web designer.
  • Understand and utilize content blocks on key pages like homepages and discovery pages — including top banners, category tiles, product carousels, and Instagram feeds.
  • Ensure all content changes are reflected consistently across locales and device types.
  • Allocate and manage content assets, folders, and templates, ensuring that pre-defined slots and templates are correctly configured.
  • Edit store and product details across locales and assign them to the right catalogues and landing pages (e.g., bridal collections, blog content, etc.)
  • Update H1s for commercial and editorial pages, and maintain supporting elements like related articles, authors, and publish dates.
  • Assign inline content assets to the correct folders, categories, and templates for each region.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks required
HTML & Technical Implementation:
  • Work with HTML, editing existing content including text, images, videos, and links, and adjusting spacing and formatting as needed.
  • Understand and maintain structural integrity when updating templates, using the correct catalogue IDs, folder references, and internal linking best practices.
  • Apply changes in bulk via XML files where required (e.g., for meta tags and SEO updates).
SEO & Web Optimization:
  • Apply SEO best practices across all content and pages based on SEO agency recommendation.
  • Make on-page optimizations including meta tags, H1s, top and bottom page descriptions.
  • Ensure blog and collection pages are searchable with relevant keywords, internal linking, and content metadata.
Testing, Quality Assurance & Reporting:
  • Test all updates before going live to ensure content accuracy, layout integrity, and link functionality.
  • Use tools like Clarity, heatmaps, and session recordings to interpret user behaviour and feedback on UX
  • Document all homepage and landing page refreshes for team visibility and process tracking.
  • Submit accurate and timely replication requests for changes across environments.
  • Raise support tickets for technical bugs or improvements and proactively monitor their resolution status.
Image Editing & Visuals:
  • Resize and optimize images using Photoshop or similar tools to fit across different page layouts and devices.
  • Other Digital Marketing Activities Support:
  • Support the digital marketing department with other related tasks including reports and presentations, downloading data, organising internal folders and documents

  • Previous experience in a digital content or CMS role.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS systems, preferably Salesforce and Page Designer.
  • Basic HTML with knowledge of responsive design.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, content metadata, link-building
  • Experience working with content slots, templates, catalogues, and folders in large-scale CMS environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding the difference of working in staging, development, and production environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a cross-functional mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce or global digital brand environments.
  • Familiarity with photoshop, content localization, and multi-language site management.
  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and site performance optimization.
  • CRO experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Clarity, Session Cam or similar
