Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist

As an Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Manage your own caseload independently, providing best-practice assessments and treatment interventions.
- Supervise junior staff and work closely with the Lead OT on various projects.
- Contribute to the development of the department and collaborate across different sections and departments.
- Provide care in diverse inpatient settings, including PICU, cardiac cases, and NICU, as well as outpatient services like neurorehab and sensory processing.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist position will have:
- HCPC registration and a relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience as a Band 7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in a hospital environment and inpatient care.
- Skills in service development and excellent communication abilities.
- A willingness to learn and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
