Job Description - The Role

On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for Reward Analyst until the end of March 2026 contract based in London (hybrid).
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide temporary support during our annual pay review cycle, focusing on our UKIMEA and Europe regions, as well as our internal Corporate Services.
What you'll do:
- Inbox management and user support: monitor the shared pay review mailbox, responding to questions and requests, escalating as appropriate and identifying data and systems actions required
- Data accuracy and validation: conduct checks of pay review data to ensure accuracy and identify required updates
- File preparation and maintenance: prepare and update Excel files and templates used in the pay review process
- Data analysis: support the preparation of reports and summaries for People and business stakeholders
- Process support: assist in tracking progress and deadlines; help to document processes and lessons learned for future cycles
The skills you'll need:
- Experience supporting a pay review process, ideally across multiple countries in an online pay review system
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
