The Team:

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of enthusiastic members to support our critical technology systems. You will guide our business partners and end users with industry best practices, solution design, and creating long-term value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader to an Agile team.
  • Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance through Scaled Agile practices and values.
  • Coach Agile teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Guide Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value.
  • Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Agile teams.
  • Facilitate Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by all Agile team members.
  • Establish and maintain open and clear lines of communication to facilitate progress transparency.
  • Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to enhance the effectiveness of Scaled Agile.

  • Ability to facilitate constructive discussions and resolve disagreements and conflicts effectively.
  • Experience in delivering hands-on training and coaching on defined Agile practices to individual teams and programs.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across regions within multiple product portfolios.
  • Understanding of various engineering processes and methodologies, leveraging techniques to provide value to the team and the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • A team-first, servant leader mentality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Agile methodologies.
  • Certification in Scrum methodologies (e.g., Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master).
