Schedule: 8 hour shifts available

Client Overview :
Our happy 15 year old male client is looking for a care assistant who will help him with his day to day living and assist with his tracheostomy care. He is a very happy young man who loves playing with his cars and watching his favourite film Toy Story. He lives at home with his parents and has an older sister who he absolutely adores, she is away at university but when she's home, he lights up in her presence. This young man has tutoring 4 days a week which he enjoys, but always tries to squeeze in some cheeky play with the family dog. If you are a female who enjoys caring for older children and engaging in your clients family dynamic, this is the right client for you.

Job Purpose:
To deliver defined aspects of holistic care to the client guided by individualised care plans and HFH Healthcare policies.
To create and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere in which clients can achieve their goals through clear communication and teamwork.
To mentor new members of the care team in all aspects of client specific care
To supervise and delegate tasks to double up staff
