Database & Research Officer
- Manage and maintain the organisation's CRM system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and compliance.
- Lead prospect research to identify new partners, donors and trusts that can contribute to income growth.
- Deliver data segmentation and reporting to inform fundraising strategy, retention and acquisition plans.
- Reconcile donations, administer gift aid processes and maintain accurate financial records within the CRM.
- Track supporter pipelines, stewardship activities and cultivation plans.
