  • Maintain a clear, organised, and continuously updated product backlog.

  • Make informed decisions about scope, trade-offs, and priorities throughout development cycles.

  • Partner closely with engineering in an Agile environment.

  • Serve as the development team’s day-to-day point of contact for all product-related questions.

  • Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities for enhancements or new features

  • Incorporate insights into iterative product improvements and future roadmap planning.

You should apply if...

  • Experience working with a high-growth tech company or in finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, trading, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to present ideas, create documentation, and engage stakeholders.

  • Strong product sense and intuition for user needs and pain points

  • Ability to confidently liaise between engineering teams and internal/external business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity

  • Ability to break down complex problems and align teams around clear goals

  • Data-driven mindset - comfortable making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative inputs

  • Adaptability to shifting priorities, eagerness to take on challenges, and a continuous learning mindset
