What You'll Do:
As a Senior Business Development Executive , you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. From conducting market research to delivering captivating presentations, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
In this senior role, you may also be involved in guiding or mentoring junior team members as part of our collaborative, performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
-Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
-Cultivate positive relationships with clients, listening attentively to their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
-Arrange and conduct client meetings, showcasing the value proposition of Future Group's services through compelling presentations.
-Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or objections along the way.
-Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather feedback, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
-Maintain regular reporting and review processes to track sales performance and progress towards targets.
What You Bring to the Table:
-Excellent to Fluent English skills, with a flair for communication and persuasion.
-Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, or a combination of B2B and English call center experience.
-Experience in the UK market is preferred.
-Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-Previous experience in the localization industry is a definite plus, but not a requirement.
-Outspoken personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with others.
-Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
-A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
