Remuneration: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Assist with processing insurance claims, including sickness and life insurance.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and letters with a friendly demeanour.
Provide information about our products and services to help our members.
Maintain excellent communication and relationships with our valued customers.
Multi-task effectively while paying close attention to detail.Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

Preferable experience in the insurance industry.
Strong communication, time management, and computer literacy skills.
Self-starter who meets or exceeds deadlines.
High levels of integrity and self-motivation.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn about new industries and apply knowledge.
