UK/US Private Client Tax Manager
London (Next to Kensington) = Hybrid = £70,000–£90,000 (2-4 years experience)+ 4 Significant Bonuses for example circa £27,000+Already working across UK/US Private Client Tax but want more ownership, better earning potential and a clearer route to Senior Manager and Director?
I’m working with a specialist, employee-owned UK/US Private Client Tax firm looking to appoint an experienced Tax Manager to its growing London team. This is a genuine dual-handler position . You won’t be confined to one side of the Atlantic or simply reviewing returns – you’ll take ownership of sophisticated UK/US clients, lead relationships and work directly with senior leadership on complex cross-border advisory matters. You’ll also review the work of junior team members, help develop them technically and take increasing responsibility for the wider delivery of the team. Who would suit this?The key requirement is strong hands-on experience across both UK and US Private Client Tax .
You’ll ideally already be operating around Manager or experienced Assistant Manager level and be comfortable:
- Handling both UK and US individual tax matters
- Reviewing rather than solely preparing returns
- Managing your own client relationships
- Identifying technical and advisory issues
- Leading client conversations
- Reviewing and developing junior staff
There is also a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career through Senior Manager and ultimately Director as the firm continues to grow. West London | Hybrid
£70,000–£90,000 basic depending on experience (2-4 years)
Significant bonus potential – total package can reach c.£110k+
