Talent Partner
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from role briefing to offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, level, and hiring strategy
- Build and manage direct sourcing pipelines, reducing reliance on agencies
- Run a candidate experience that reflects the brand – fast, personal, well communicated
- Manage relationships with retained agencies where used, holding them to brief and timeline
- Track and report on pipeline health, time–to–hire, and source effectiveness
- Contribute to wider talent initiatives – EVP, DEI in hiring, early careers
Experience Required:
- 3–6 years' recruitment experience, ideally in media or other industry sectors where you have had a similar role
- Track record of owning requisitions independently, not just supporting a wider team
- Strong direct sourcing skills – comfortable building pipeline without waiting on agencies
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and pushing back on brief where needed
- Organised and data–literate – comfortable owning your own reporting
