Job Title: Corporate Fitness Coach

Location: London

About the role:

The role of a Performance Coach is central to providing our customers with a safe, caring, professional and proactive service, focussed on supporting your clients with expertise and guidance to achieve their desired outcomes.

Your responsibilities:

• Provision of exceptional hospitality & space management of our corporate gym spaces.

• Group coaching of core programming classes.

• On Shift & Off Shift personal training opportunities for meeting business needs, and accommodating for supply & demand.

• Coordination of projects & events that occur with the client in mind, occurring onsite & offsite.

• Management of the space and equipment, such as cleaning & maintenance duties of our kit.

What you’ll bring:

• CIMSPA Accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer

• BSc in Sports Science or similar discipline

• MSc in appropriate discipline, UKSCA ASCC / NSCA CSCS accreditation would be beneficial

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a fitness & wellbeing environment. Ideally for 2 of those years coming from a corporate wellbeing setting

• Strength & conditioning. nutrition, health & wellbeing, rehabilitation

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

• £30,000 per annum

• 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period.
