Purpose of the job

As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the development and optimisation of digital products.

You’ll assist in translating business needs into product features, managing product documentation, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analysing product requirements from stakeholders.

• Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation and user stories.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with product and engineering teams.

• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

• Conduct competitor research and support market analysis activities.

• Help coordinate cross-team communication and ensure alignment across functions.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

· Initial experience or strong interest in product management or digital product development.

· Familiarity with agile or scrum methodologies is a plus.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication and analytical thinking abilities.

· Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a product-focused role.
