About the Role

As ourLead Tarmac Supervisor you will oversee the daily delivery of tarmac surfacing works across a variety of projects. TheLead Tarmac Supervisorwill ensure all site operations run smoothly safely and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all tarmac surfacing operations on site as theLead Tarmac Supervisor
• Carry out high-quality hand lay and machine lay operations
• Build and manage your own team including:
• • Paver Drivers
  • Screwmen
  • Roller Drivers
  • Rake Hands
  • Labourers
• Coordinate labour plant and materials
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
• Deliver projects on time within specification and to company quality standards
• Liaise with site managers clients and colleagues as the mainLead Tarmac Supervisor

What Were Looking For

• SSSTS Roller Ticket & Paver Ticket
• Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor /Lead Tarmac Supervisor
• Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills
• Ability to lead coach and develop a skilled surfacing team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proactive and safety-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
