About the Role
As ourLead Tarmac Supervisor you will oversee the daily delivery of tarmac surfacing works across a variety of projects. TheLead Tarmac Supervisorwill ensure all site operations run smoothly safely and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all tarmac surfacing operations on site as theLead Tarmac Supervisor
- Carry out high-quality hand lay and machine lay operations
- Build and manage your own team including:
- Paver Drivers
- Screwmen
- Roller Drivers
- Rake Hands
- Labourers
- Coordinate labour plant and materials
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Deliver projects on time within specification and to company quality standards
- Liaise with site managers clients and colleagues as the mainLead Tarmac Supervisor
What Were Looking For
- SSSTS Roller Ticket & Paver Ticket
- Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor /Lead Tarmac Supervisor
- Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills
- Ability to lead coach and develop a skilled surfacing team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and safety-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
