Your role at Vertice:
We are looking for an elite commercial operator to spearhead our enterprise market expansion across the UK. Based out of our central London office, this is a net-new logo acquisition role designed for a closer who thrives in a high-velocity, high-stakes environment.
This is not a position for someone looking to execute a rigid, pre-existing corporate playbook. As an early member of our UK enterprise team, you will actively design the territory strategy, pioneer new verticals, and directly influence our global go-to-market architecture, all while working closely with leaders like George , Freddi , and Delaney .
Responsibilities:
C-Suite Engagement: Target, consult, and close complex six-and-seven-figure partnerships with CFOs, Chief Procurement Officers, and CIOs at organizations with complex technology stacks.
Executive Origination: Design and host targeted executive experiences—including private roundtables, CFO dinners, and industry forums—to build high-trust relationships and compress complex enterprise decision cycles.
Rigorous Pipeline Architecture: Take absolute ownership of your territory. Utilise a data-driven approach to map high-value accounts, run precise weekly forecasting meetings, and systematically advance opportunities through the funnel.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate intimately with our Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams. You will act as a critical feedback loop, translating live market data and frontline deal intelligence directly into our product roadmap.
Ecosystem Leverage: Partner with our internal networks of expert buyers and financial analysts to craft hyper-tailored, data-backed business cases that make the Vertice value proposition undeniable to enterprise financial leaders.
Requirements:
Experienced Operator: You bring circa 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience within a high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or disruptive technology environment.
Enterprise Navigator: You have an undeniable track record of navigating dense corporate hierarchies, managing multi-stakeholder evaluation processes (Legal, InfoSec, Procurement, Finance), and winning competitive enterprise contracts in the UK market.
Immediate Executive Presence: You possess the commercial credibility and financial acumen required to command a room of corporate executives from the very first interaction.
Relentless Hunter: You are a self-reliant pipeline builder. You don't wait for warm inbound leads; you actively manufacture opportunity through precise targeting, deep account research, and compelling, value-driven outreach.
High Accountability, Low Ego: You are deeply competitive with yourself but a collaborative teammate. You are obsessively prepared for every meeting, highly coachable, and consistently execute with a growth mindset.
